How to Place an Order

To place an order on CindyMBK, you must have a valid email address. Additionally, in order to access and utilise all features of the website, such as designing customised products, adding items to your shopping cart, and completing the checkout process, your browser must be configured to accept functional cookies.

Upon submission of an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order occurs only when the products are dispatched to you, at which point you will receive a second email confirming shipment (the “Order Confirmation”). Upon issuance of the Order Confirmation, a legally binding agreement (the “Contract”) is formed between you and us, governed by these Terms of Sale. We recommend that you print or save a copy of both these Terms of Sale and your Order Confirmation for your records.

If we are unable to supply a product for any reason, you will be informed in writing, and your order will not be processed.

Price and Payment

PAYMENT PROCESSING

If you pay by credit/debit card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.  

Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

All product prices displayed on CindyMBK include Value-Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, in accordance with local tax regulations.

Shipping rates, where applicable, are calculated per order and vary based on the country of delivery. The final shipping cost will be indicated during the checkout process.

Prices are primarily quoted in Euros (EUR), with the exception of certain regions where local currencies are used. Specifically, prices are displayed in:

  • Pounds Sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom,

  • US Dollars (USD) for the United States, and

  • Swiss Francs (CHF) for Switzerland.

If you change the country of delivery while browsing or during checkout, product prices may be updated to reflect the currency and shipping rates applicable to the new delivery destination. Please be aware that such changes may affect the final purchase price.

In cases where your local currency differs from the displayed pricing currency, your payment provider or financial institution will apply the exchange rate valid on the date of the transaction. Please note that such exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer and are outside our control.

PRICE CHANGES

The prices of the products will be as displayed on CindyMBK. Prices may change occasionally, but changes will not affect any order we have confirmed in an Order Confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful completion of payment, you will be granted immediate access to the purchased digital product(s). Digital content may be downloaded up to five (5) times. Please note that the download link will remain active for a period of three (3) days from the time of purchase. After this period, the link will expire, and access to the content will no longer be available through the original download link. We recommend that you download and securely store your digital products promptly upon receipt.

Returns & Cancellations

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge and without providing any reason, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled.

Please note that we begin processing orders placed through our online store promptly after they are received. If you wish to request a cancellation, we recommend that you first verify the status of your order by visiting the “Order Status” section, accessible via the link located in the top right corner of the Website.

If your order has already been shipped or made available for download (in the case of digital products), cancellation may no longer be possible. Please refer to our return or refund policy for further guidance in such cases.

Returns for Defective or Non-Conforming Products

You are entitled to return products that are defective or that do not conform to your order at the time of delivery. If you believe a product you have received is faulty or not as described, please contact us at contact@cindymbk.com and provide relevant details and, where applicable, supporting evidence (e.g., photographs). Upon verification and acceptance of your claim, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any shipping costs incurred. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
